ORDER CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS
Once an order has been processed, (boxed with shipping label and ready to ship) it cannot be cancelled.
Expedited orders may not be cancelled due to rush shipping.
Any order that is cancelled (which is not expedited shipping), is subject to a
25% restock fee or a minimum of $20.00, which ever is greater.
If the ship to information is incorrect, or if you send a gift to a recipient and the gift is refused and returned
to us, this is the responsibility of the customer that has placed the order, and it also is subject to a return
fee of 50% or $20.00 which ever is greater..

14 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE:

All of our items carry a 14 day money back guarantee. All items must be returned to us within 14 days of
the date you receive the shipment. You must notify us first by email before returning a product to obtain a
return authorization number and it must not be used. All items MUST BE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL
PACKAGING.

UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS: Refused Shipments

Any return that we have not been contacted to issue a "Return Authorization" number will be subject to a
50% return-restock fee or $30.00 which ever is greater. We do not reimburse shipping charges.

If we sent an incorrect item, there is no restock charge.

Authorized returns are subject to a 25% restock fee and the minimum return fee is $20.00.
We do not reimburse shipping charges.

Our order forms require a mandatory check in our return policy check box, stating that you have read and

In case of damage, notify us by email, leaving your phone number so we may return your call. Please
keep all packaging and damaged contents until we notify you to dispose of it,
UPS or the US Postal Service will pick up the entire contests and will need to inspect the damage. We
cannot replace your order due to damage if you dispose of the original packaging, box, packaging
materials and shipping label with tracking number.
Please keep all boxes, packing and contents.
We may require pictures for insurance purposes, by email, in case of broken items.

You must notify us of damaged or lost merchandise within one week of delivery.

Regular lamp and candle oil can destroy the contents of our candles. You may purchase paraffin oil at
