ORDER CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS Once an order has been processed, (boxed with shipping label and ready to ship) it cannot be cancelled. Expedited orders may not be cancelled due to rush shipping. If you place an order with expedited shipping they are rushed and ship out very quickly. If you place an expedited order, it will be shipped. If a return is made, it is subject to a 25% restock fee or 20.00 minimum, whichever is greater. Customer must pay all shipping fees. Returns Any order that is returned is subject to a 25% restock fee or a minimum of $20.00, which ever is greater. The customer must pay the shipping costs on returns. All items must be returned to us within 7 days of the date you receive the shipment, unopened. You must notify us by email.
